My Story
I’m a mom of two, originally from Ukraine, and have lived in Canada since my early teens.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my kids, knitting, exploring trails, especially along the Niagara Escarpment. I travel whenever I can, and love a good road trip across Canada or the U.S. to see the new places, local businesses, small towns, and scenic stops.
My background is in business, with a Master’s in Human Resources, and more recently, training in public relations and corporate communications, including crisis management. I’ve worked in corporate environments and have also run my own business, which gave me a practical understanding of how organizations operate day to day.
While working at Visit Oakville a few years ago, I saw a pattern. Many local businesses were offering great services, but struggling to present themselves clearly. Their websites didn’t reflect what they actually offered, social media was inconsistent, and communication across channels didn’t always align.
I believe consistent communication builds credibility with people and with algorithms, including AI. It helps put your business in front of the right audience. Communication, supported by a strong product, equals success. A great product without communication is unlikely to live up to its potential.
That’s what led me here. I saw an opportunity to help businesses bring more consistency and structure to how they communicate, especially those that don’t have the time or internal resources to manage it all.
